A man from Millersburg died in a fatal car accident early Sunday morning when a Wayne County woman drove her 2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer left of center on Route 83 in Holmes County, Ohio, crashing into his Toyota Camry. The 68-year-old woman in the Trailblazer was transported to Akron General Medical Center with critical injuries.
