Last week, a truck driver pleaded not guilty to criminal charges stemming from the deaths of three people who stopped to help a disabled motorist. The motorist's pickup truck has been disabled in an earlier truck accident, but no one was hurt. However, after several people stopped to help him, a semi truck driven by 65 year-old John Tucker hit several people in the roadway. Two were killed. A motorcyclist was also killed when he became involved in the accident.
